How to use it in your kitchen
- 1Cook slowly: desi chicken rewards low heat and a little extra time.
- 2For yakhni, simmer with ginger, garlic and whole spices for 1.5–2 hours.
- 3Pressure-cook for karahi if you're short on time.

Refrigerate and cook within 2 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
