Desi hen eggs

The everyday hero: deep golden yolks, firm whites and great taste. Perfect for omelettes, halwa and boiled eggs.

Quail eggs

Tiny and spotted, with a bigger yolk for their size. Fun for children, elegant on salads and chaat. Three to five equal one hen's egg.

Duck eggs

Larger and richer, with more protein and fat. Bakers love them for taller cakes and silkier custards.

Quick guide

  • Daily breakfast: desi eggs
  • Lunchboxes and parties: quail eggs
  • Baking and rich dishes: duck eggs
