We are farmers too
Zareen Farms started on our own land near Islamabad. We grow rice, wheat and seasonal crops, and we raise desi and Golden Misri hens that spend their days outdoors in the sun.
Farming ourselves changes how we buy from others. We know what good soil, honest feed and careful harvesting look like, and we know the shortcuts too. That's the standard we hold every partner to.
Partner farmers we verify ourselves
No single farm can do everything well. The best honey comes from beekeepers who follow the flowers; the best shilajit comes from the mountains of the north. So for what we don't grow, we partner with farmers and makers we've checked in person.
- We visit before we buy: we see the fields, the hives, the kitchens and the storage.
- We ask how it's grown, fed and made, and we check the answers ourselves.
- We start small, with trial batches, before a product carries the Zareen name.
Regular visits, every batch checked
Verification isn't a one-time event. Our team visits partner farms regularly to make sure standards stay the same season after season.
Every batch is checked before it's packed: the aroma and grain of desi ghee, the thickness and taste of honey, the texture of shilajit resin, the freshness of atta. If we wouldn't serve it at home, it doesn't go out.
Our simple rule: if it isn't good enough for our own family's table, it isn't good enough for yours.
What this means for you
- You know where your food comes from: our own fields, or a partner we can name.
- Traditional methods, not factory shortcuts: stone-ground, slow-cooked, cold-pressed, sun-dried.
- Nothing hidden: no vanaspati in ghee, no syrup in honey, no maida in atta, no added colour.
- Delivered across Pakistan, with fresh eggs and meat in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
